We insure your home is 100% move-in ready - including appliance inspections, fresh paint and deep cleaning
At Woodsdale Apartments, you do not need to be present- with permission, our service technicians will enter your apartment to perform the maintenance ticket and leave a copy of the ticket for your records.
Yes -  at Woodsdale Apartments we have a full staff of service technicians, and 24 hour emergency maintenance.
You can submit a service ticket through our online resident portal, or call or stop by the 24 hour front desk
During business hours, you may call and stop by the Woodsdale Apartments' front desk to retrieve an extra set of keys to your apartment.  You will be required to bring them back.  After hours, you must call the emergency maintenance number and will be charged a lock out fee.
 Yes there are parking available throughout the community.  No assigned parking
Pool, sundeck, tennis court, volley ball court, RV/boat parking, extra storage, basketball court, playground, package pick up at office, duck pond with fountain. 
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Tuesday- Sunday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

The process is quick - we can have you approved in 1-24 hours
You can pay your rent through the Woodsdale Apartments online resident portal vial checking account, debit card or credit card.  You may also mail a check or money order to our billing PO Box.
We require renters insurance at Woodsdale Apartments - contact our leasing staff for coverage requirements.
Comcast/Xfinity Cable and Verizon Fios both serve Woodsdale Apartments for various internet and cable options
Yes, there is a 2 month buy out fee with a 30 day notice required before moving.  Contact the Leasing Center for more details.
